Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or utilizing RicozTrack (“Platform”, “Service”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Ricoz Technologies Private Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“Ricoz”, “we”, “us”).

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have statutory authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.

2. Subscriptions, Invoicing & GST Compliance

• Billing Cycles: Services are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual recurring cycle according to your chosen plan.
• Goods & Services Tax (GST): In accordance with Indian tax laws, applicable 18% GST will be levied on all Indian accounts. Tax invoices bearing your valid GSTIN are provided electronically for Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
• 14-Day Risk-Free Trial: New accounts receive full access to all plan features for 14 days without immediate commitment. You may cancel at any time during the trial.
• Payment Gateways: Payments in India can be settled via UPI, RuPay, Corporate NetBanking, or authorized credit/debit cards processed through RBI-regulated payment aggregators.

3. Customer Data & Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all proprietary data, organizational charts, sprint backlogs, files, and project assets uploaded or generated within your RicozTrack tenant.

RicozTrack does not claim any intellectual property rights over your tenant content and will never inspect or use your private organizational data to train public machine learning models without express consent.

4. Service Availability & Security

We provide a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Business and Enterprise tiers, backed by automated failover mechanisms across AWS Mumbai Availability Zones.

Each tenant is strictly partitioned with database-level isolation. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt API endpoints, or bypass role-based access control filters.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
